Flower and Insect Automita
Flower and Insect Automita

Automita

My automita is made from recycled wood. It has a dual movement design with the flower part having a vertical motion to open and close and the insect carousel having a circular movement. The housing box has 45 degree cut corners, is sanded, and and stained for a professional look. The automita is made out of completely recycled materials and showcases my woodworking and deign skills.

Cimber

The climber was my introduction to simple motor and circuit design. I crafted the car to climb a ramp. Originally this was a little trick, as the motor had enough torque to turn the wheels, but the wheels did not have enough traction to make it up. To fix this issue, I found rubber lego tires and replaced the plastic ones.

Aquaponic GreenWall

While the GreenWall itself does not move, the water moved through it. It is designed to use recycled wine bottles to hold the plants. Water is pumped from the fish tank below the wall and trickles down through the wine bottles, watering the plants. The GreenWall is a simplistic design made of wood, wire, and recycled bottles.
