Solution Pitch and Funding Presentation | Team Work | Open Ended Problem Solving

SeaClear was a multifaceted consulting solution for water accessibility in developing countries. Our demonstration focused on a reverse osmosis desalinization solution for Puerto Rico. Our company would also organize awareness and education campaigns both for the affected area and populations that can help. This would include pamphlets, classes, and rallies to raise funds for solutions and spread awareness of the issues the communities face.

The reverse osmosis solution used solar power, gravity water, and recycled pressure from the outflow water to offset the power necessary to operate the system. This system is ideal for the regions of Puerto Rico with the needed altitude difference and direct ocean access. Our company would work in partnership with Elemental Water Makers to implement their solutions in Puerto Rico.

The culmination of this project was a mock grant and fundraising presentation. I worked with my team to develop and deliver the presentation to a group of ‘investors’ in a pecha kucha style pitch. Our team was awarded our fundraising goal and placed second out of 20+ projects.
